Staff were pleasant.
The room was huge and reasonably large, we loved the best bathroom in it. It was just off the beach and surf, the shore, and water taxi, marvellous and particularly good location overall.

Lovely hotel with amazing food and favourable location close to Isla Colon, the lapping the shore outside the patio door, and water taxi. A great selection of options for breakfast in the lounge area. Well-equipped room with balcony and AC, for example, superfriendly staff.

The hotel is situated in a laid-back village with friendly locals, offering a non-touristy experience. It is conveniently located, making it easy to reach the beaches and explore the area. Guests can enjoy the authentic Bocas culture by observing locals playing games and interacting with each other.
Some nights, there may be noise from nearby clubs or discos. this is a common issue in the Bocas area and not specific to this hotel.

I had the most amazing time at Los Balcones Over The Sea. The location was perfect, with the sound of the ocean outside my patio door every morning. The charm of the place was captivating, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The owners, Keith and Lilet, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast they served every day. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I felt safe and well taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving vacation with fantastic complimentary breakfast and super attentive staff. the location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to local attractions. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed to relax. We also enjoyed the cool air conditioning and complimentary TV to watch our holiday movies.
The water was not always hot enough for our showers. the exterior of the building could use some updating to appear more modern.
